I just wanted to write you a quick email to say THANK YOU for the wonderful, delicious, succulent, healthy meat that we purchased from you. Last night, I prepared a sirloin tip roast and it was to die for! I slow cooked it on a low temp just as you suggested in your Cooking Tips and it was juicy, tender, tasty… and best of all, healthy! I am going to try another cut tonight, and my family cannot wait!
Also, the Super Salve is just an amazing product. I returned from vacation a bit sunburned and with really chapped lips. I used the Super Salve on both my sunburn and lips last night, and today my chapping is COMPLETELY gone and my burn is not tender to touch anymore. AMAZING!!!
And the raw honey? The best that I have ever tasted!! I can’t say enough about it (beats the heck out of the store bought stuff BY FAR!)
Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I can’t wait until you make it down here to SoCal again. I need a bigger freezer! Please, please, please stick me on your list so that I can get a ½ or a full animal next time. You have a customer for life!

I cannot thank you enough for your product. I have been buying bison for years from Whole Foods. I actually stopped buying their ground bison due to its lack of flavor. Last nite we made bison burgers. You would have thought I hadn’t fed my family in a week the way they devoured them. All I can say is I hope I didn’t make a mistake by only ordering a 1/4 bison instead of a half! I will have to see how long I can make it last. Can’t wait for next year. You have a customer for life.

I have to tell you, when I picked up the meat on Sunday, I immediately took out 2 packs of T-bone steaks and a pack of soup bones. I defrosted them, then started the soup bones to boil with some beans and veggies.
Last night, we had an INCREDIBLE dinner. The steaks were amazing. And I have to tell you, normally, I get very weighted down and can’t eat much red meat because I feel too “heavy”. Mostly I can eat 4-6 ounces at a time. Last night, I ate an ENTIRE T-bone buffalo steak with no problems and woke up this morning HUNGRY. My husband said that it was the tastiest steak that he’d ever had! That, for me, is a sign of incredibly healthy and fresh meat.
I thank you for that.
The soup bones made an incredible broth and had so much luscious tender meat leftover for the stew. We added onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, himilayan salt, and bay leaves and made the best soup imaginable!
I just wanted to say THANK YOU again for an incredible harvest. We are SO MUCH enjoying our grass-fed, all-natural buffalo!!
